1. The seats will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
2. Passengers must behave in a responsible manner and co-operate with the driver, let the driver know your exact destination.
3. The Safety Bus will not carry more passengers than the legally allowed number.
4. Passengers will only be accepted on to the Safety Bus if they produce a Safety Bus card or if paying the fare an NUS/Library Card.
5. A fare of £1 is charged to passengers who do not have a Safety Bus card.
6. If a passenger behaves badly on the Safety Bus, either their Safety Bus card or NUS/Library card will be taken from them and held. The incident will be reported to the Union President, and may be referred to the Union's Disciplinary Committee.
7. If a passenger is sick on the Safety Bus the individual will be fined £25.
8. Union staff can use the service, free of charge, if they have been working that same evening, but to enable them to do so they must use a staff voucher which can be obtained from their Supervisor.
9. If a passenger is drunk or behaving badly he/she will not be allowed to travel on the Safety Bus.
