Safety Bus

The primary aim of the Safety Bus is to provide a means of transport for students who would otherwise have to walk home alone at night or use expensive and sometimes unreliable taxis. This service is provided and subsidised by the Students' Union.

Advice

The Union also offers a number of free services to provide students with information. These include Accommodation where you can find somewhere to live or help in dealing with landlords etc. Welfare, for personal, social, or physical advice. Also there is the Education Unit which can offer advice on your course/education.

Retail

The Students' Union runs a number of retail outlets that cater for the needs of students and University staff. These include the Union Shop where you will find most things you are looking for and the only place in the university to purchase university branded goods.. Print Shop and Second Hand Book Shop provide a wide range of useful services to students.
