Electronic Voting

 

This year we will be facilitating electronic voting for Distance Learning students, students on a year abroad as well as those who cannot make it to one of the ballot boxes. If you would like to vote you will need to use your University email address and email ras44@le.ac.uk with the following information.

 

• Your student number
• Course
• Year of study
• A short statement explaining why you can’t come and vote in person
• Your voting preferences (Please note that we use a single transferable voting system which allows you to vote for more than one person for each position. Simply indicate who is your First Choice candidate, who is your Second Choice candidate and so on until you have no more preferences. You can vote for as many of the candidates as you wish)

 

Upon receipt of your vote we will verify the information provided with the University, check to make sure that you have not already voted and cast your vote. You will receive confirmation via email that your vote was received and will be cast subject to checks.
