TKD uses unarmed combat for self-defence, involving the skilled application of kicks, punches, blocks and dodges and enables the weak to possess a fine weapon, together with confidence to defend themselves and defeat an opponent.
We are an ITF style club with a 5th Dan instructor who teaches sparring, line-work, destruction, patterns and self-defence. No prior martial arts experience is necessary, and we cater for all levels and abilities.
