The Rugby Club is one of the biggest clubs in the University. Membership ranges from Freshers to senior players. We have a number of coaches, and sometimes Tigers players coach specialised positions.
The club runs three teams. Players come from different rugby standards: from people who have only just started playing to people who have represented their county. So there is definitely a place for you!
All three teams train twice a week, and play in the BUSA championships on Wednesdays.
The social side of things is very important as well. We have social events each term organised by our social secs. We have theme nights like Back to School and Top Gun.
If you want to play rugby and make friend, this is the club to join. Once you've joined you've automatically got 50 - 60 friends within the club. That's not bad for your first year!
