In the unfortunate event that you want to make a formal complaint about something society related..........

1) write a written complaint

2) e-mail this to student_development@le.ac.uk

3) this will be submitted to Graham Ross, Student Activities Officer, or the Student Activities Committee who will discuss the outcome

4) or you can come into the Student Support Centre to talk to the Student Development Officer in person about your problem.complaint
