Here are some of the forms that you may need to fill in, just cleck on the one you want to download it:

New signatories list = to record new committee members

Food disclaimer =if you are going to be serving any food that hasn't been prepared by the Students' Union

Equipment:

AVS form = to hire all sorts of equipment from AVS (situated in the MSB)

You will need to give us a £20 deposit for each piece of equipment but the actual hire is free to societies. You will have to be a committee member in order to do this.In order hire equipment you need to fill in the details and then bring the form into the Student Support Centre where we will stamp it so you can take it to AVS. The deposit will be returned to you after to return the equipment to AVS all in one piece.

SSC equipment form = the Student Support Centre has the following equipment to hire:

Ballot boxes, flip chart stands, laptop projector, overhead projector, 6 panel notice boards, single notice boards.

We will need a £20 deposit for each piece of equipment but the actual hire is free to societies. You will have to be a committee member in order to do this.In order hire equipment you need to fill in the details and then bring the form into the Student Support Centre where we will stamp it to say we have recieved the deposit. You then bring the form back ti us when you want to collect the equipment. Once the equipment has been returned to us all in one piece you can have your deposit back.

Grant withdrawal forms:

Media withdrawal form = for Media groups only

Society grant withdrawal form = the form that you will have to use to withdraw your society's grant money from the Students' Union.

Fill the form in with two signatures from your society committee and then with the relevant information. This needs to be handed in to Student development, where the Student Development Officer will sign it and pass it up to the finance office. We will then inform you when your society cheque has been processed and is ready for you to collect.
